Physical therapy for dogs

of all ages and abilities

in the comfort of their own home.

Services

615 Canine PT is a mobile physical therapy service. All services are provided in-home.

  • All services begin with a 1hr 15min comprehensive evaluation. This includes a review of relevant medical history, thorough physical exam, and any modalities and exercises indicated based off of findings. The initial visit will also be filled with trust building exercises as we are completely force and fear free with our practices.

  • If your dog has recently had surgery, we can help with navigating recovery and communicating with your surgeon to help gain strength back in the safest way.

  • Has your dog been recently diagnosed with a condition that will effect his or her musculoskeletal system or neurological system? We can help improve quality of life!

  • At 615 Canine PT, we stay current on research and technology advances to offer modalities to help with healing. All modalities are included in cost, if indicated, to help your dog.

Meet Dr. Amanda Stephens, PT, DPT, CCRT

Dr. Amanda graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, TN with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. She grew up in Morton, IL and has been an animal lover since she was a little girl. Her perspective of animals changed when she brought home her dog Clark in 2018. Raising Clark made her realize how important the human-animal bond is, which sparked her interest in pursing a career with animals post-graduation. After treating human patients for 2 years, she embarked on her journey of becoming a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT) with Canine Rehabilitation Institute. In 2024, she founded 615 Canine PT and made the switch from treating humans to treating dogs full-time. She is currently accepting new canine clients in the greater Nashville area.
